The Insulting Act of using race as means of choosing a Supreme Court Justice

Political Vikings, it's insulting to all involved when qualities you can't control, like race and gender, are used to choose someone for a particular role.  That's racism, plain and simple. So, is Joe Biden a racist for promising to put a Black woman on the Supreme Court?
